TCA is a sports, health and fitness related business based in the Cape Town and surrounding areas. TCA was founded in 2015 originally as Darren D's Athletics Academy which was then later changed and upgraded to multi-sports and training types. The Name changed to TCA in 2018 and this signaled the beginning of a new era. Ask us anything sports, health or fitness related and we will make sure to try and help you.
